The ship water, electricity and heat cogeneration system comprises a power generation device, an engine, a heat exchange part and a water production device, the power generation device comprises a photovoltaic assembly and a wind power assembly, the photovoltaic assembly and the wind power assembly are used for generating electric energy, the photovoltaic assembly has heat, the engine has heat, and the heat exchange part is used for generating heat; the heat exchange part is connected with the power generation device and the engine, the power generation device is used for supplying power to the heat exchange part, heat of the photovoltaic module and heat of the engine can be introduced into the heat exchange part, and at least part of seawater can be introduced into the heat exchange part. Heat in the heat exchange part exchanges heat with seawater in the heat exchange part, the water production device is connected with the heat exchange part, at least part of water in the heat exchange part can flow into the water production device, and the water production device is used for producing fresh water.
