Heat in the collecting assembly and water in the processing assembly can enter the heat exchange part so that heat exchange can be conducted between the heat in the heat exchange part and the water in the heat exchange part, the water production device is communicated with the heat exchange part, the water in the heat exchange part can flow into the water production device, the water production device can concentrate the water and produce fresh water, and the power generation device is communicated with the heat exchange part and the water production device. Water in the heat exchange piece can flow into the power generation device, concentrated water in the water production device flows into the power generation device, and the power generation device can concentrate the water and generate power through salinity difference.
