The present invention relates to an air compressor waste heat recovery system for a ship and, more specifically, to an air compressor waste heat recovery system for a ship in which an air compression unit, a separation unit, a compressed air supply unit, a hot water generation unit, an oil circulation supply unit, an oil cooling unit, a hot water generation control unit, and an oil circulation supply control unit are integrated into one device. In a first valve unit of the oil circulation supply unit, both an oil cooling passage in which oil is cooled and an oil circulation passage in which the oil circulates toward the air compression unit are connected, such that oil cooling and oil circulation are performed simultaneously by one valve unit, thereby simplifying the overall structure of the device. In addition, sensors such as a hot water temperature sensor, a hot water supply amount sensor, and a pressure sensor are further included, thereby checking values such as the hot water temperature, a hot water supply amount, power, and the pressure through the sensors. Therefore, the management of the air compressor waste heat recovery system for a ship can be easy.

    본 발명에 따른 선박용 에어컴프레셔 폐열회수 시스템에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 공기압축부, 분리부, 압축공기공급부, 온수생성부, 오일순환공급부, 오일냉각부, 온수생성제어부, 오일순환공급제어부는 하나의 장치로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 선박용 에어컴프레셔 폐열회수 시스템으로 오일순환공급부의 제1 밸브유닛은 오일이 냉각되는 오일냉각유로와 오일이 공기압축부 측으로 순환 이동되는 오일순환유로를 모두 연결하여, 하나의 밸브유닛에 의해 오일냉각과 오일순환이 동시에 이루어질 수 있도록 구성하여, 장치 전체 구조를 간소화시킬 수 있는 효과가 있으며 더불어, 온수온도센서, 온수공급량센서, 압력센서 등의 센서를 더 포함하여, 온수온도, 온수공급량, 전력, 압력 등의 값을 센서를 통해 확인이 가능하도록 구성되어, 선박용 에어컴프레셔 폐열회수 시스템의 관리가 용이한 효과가 있다.
