The elevator car counterweight mechanical stopping device comprises a shaft, a guide rail, a counterweight and a car, the guide rail and the counterweight are arranged in the shaft, the car moves up and down in the shaft along the guide rail, a mounting plate is fixed to the lower portion of the guide rail, and the mounting plate and the guide rail are mounted in a cross shape. A lift car mechanical stopping mechanism and a counterweight mechanical stopping mechanism which are the same in structure and opposite in direction are installed at the two ends of the installation plate correspondingly. The mechanical stopping device is mounted on the guide rail, so that the pit depth of the elevator shaft is not required, the application range of the elevator shaft is further expanded, the overall structure is simple, operation is convenient and fast during action, mechanical stopping of the lift car and the counterweight is achieved, and the personal safety of maintenance personnel is ensured.

    本发明一种电梯轿厢对重机械阻止装置,包括井道、设置于井道内的导轨及对重,沿导轨在井道内上下移动的轿厢,导轨的下部固定有安装板,所述安装板与导轨呈十字型安装,安装板的两端分别安装有结构相同、朝向相反的轿厢机械阻止机构和对重机械阻止机构。本发明通过将机械阻止装置安装在导轨上,实现电梯井道的底坑深度无要求,进一步扩大其使用范围,且整体结构简单,动作时操作方便快捷,实现对轿厢和对重的机械阻止,确保维修人员的人身安全。
