The invention discloses a multi-rotor unmanned aerial vehicle which comprises a rack assembly, a plurality of rotor assemblies distributed on the outer side of the rack assembly in a circular ring shape and a fixing rod assembly connected between the rack assembly and the rotor assemblies, and the rotor assemblies are slidably installed on the fixing rod assembly. The end, away from the rack assembly, of the fixed rod assembly is rotationally connected with a movable rod assembly, and the other end of the movable rod assembly is provided with a connecting assembly. According to the multi-rotor unmanned aerial vehicle device, the rotor assemblies capable of sliding and displacing are adopted, and when the multi-rotor unmanned aerial vehicle device is prepared to be spliced, the rotor assemblies can slide to a fixed rod body area and synchronously unfold the connecting assemblies, so that the rotor assemblies are prevented from being collided during splicing.
