According to the wear-resistant layer, the side bearing comprising the wear-resistant layer and the preparation method of the side bearing, PTFE serves as a base body of the wear-resistant layer, one or more filling agents are added, the PTFE base body and the filling agents are evenly mixed and then pressed into a cylinder shape, the cylinder shape is sintered and turned into a membrane with a certain thickness, and then surface activating treatment is conducted to obtain the wear-resistant layer. The wear-resistant layer in the embodiment is high in wear-resistant strength. Meanwhile, in the side bearing assembly process, the wear-resistant layer is treated through a chemical method to solve surface adhesion, the metal base plate is subjected to surface sand blasting treatment to increase the adhesion area and the sliding resistance in the plane sliding direction, and when the wear-resistant layer and the metal base plate are glued, primer with high affinity with the metal base plate and an adhesive is adopted firstly, and then the metal base plate and the adhesive are glued together; and then the adhesive with relatively good adhesive force with the treated surface of the wear-resistant layer is used, so that the problem that the adhesive cannot have relatively good adhesive force on the surface of the metal substrate and the treated surface of the wear-resistant layer at the same time is solved.

    本申请提出耐磨层、包含耐磨层的旁承及旁承的制备方法,耐磨层以PTFE为基体并添加一种或多种填充剂,PTFE基体与填充剂混合均匀后压制为圆筒状烧结并车削成一定厚度的膜片后进行表面活化处理得到耐磨层,本实施例中的耐磨层耐磨强度高。同时旁承组装中,耐磨层采用化学法处理解决表面粘附,金属基板采用表面喷砂处理增加粘附面积和平面滑动方向的滑移阻抗力,在耐磨层和金属基板胶黏时,先采用与金属基板和胶黏剂均具备比较高亲和力的底漆,再使用和耐磨层处理面具备较好粘附力的胶黏剂,解决了一种胶黏剂无法同时对金属基板的表面和耐磨层处理表面均具备较好粘附力的难题。
