The invention discloses a light-weight high-bearing-capacity wear-resistant composite guide groove and a preparation method. The light-weight high-bearing-capacity wear-resistant composite guide groove comprises three wear-resistant layers and a supporting layer which are integrally formed. The three wear-resistant layers are sequentially a wear-resistant outer layer, a wear-resistant inner layer and a middle layer from one end to the other end; the bottom surface of the middle layer is fused with the top surface of the supporting layer; the invention specifically discloses a material ratio and a manufacturing process of the wear-resistant outer layer, the wear-resistant inner layer and the middle layer, and the supporting layer is made of Q345 carbon structural steel. In order to form the composite guide groove, the invention further discloses a formed extrusion die, a part with the wear-resistant surface, the overall light weight, the high-strength bottom and the firm combination of all layers and with a guide groove structure can be obtained, and the composite guide groove part can be obtained by cutting according to the length according to the installation requirement.
