The invention relates to the technical field of ships, and discloses a stern tube rear bearing oil guide groove which comprises a rear shaft shell and a rear bearing, a ship driving main shaft is installed in the rear bearing, a first sealing sleeve and a second sealing sleeve are installed at the two ends of the rear bearing respectively, and an oil inlet pipe is installed on the outer wall of the first sealing sleeve; an oil outlet pipe is installed on the outer wall of the second sealing sleeve, a centrifugal oil guide mechanism is fixedly installed on the outer wall of the ship driving main shaft, and the centrifugal oil guide mechanism is located in the second sealing sleeve. According to the stern tube rear bearing oil guide groove, through the arrangement of the rear shaft shell, the rear bearing, the ship driving main shaft, the first sealing sleeve, the second sealing sleeve, the oil inlet pipe, the oil outlet pipe and the centrifugal oil guide mechanism, lubricating oil can be directly conveyed to the stern tube rear bearing through the oil guide groove design, and the oil film building thickness of the rear bearing is guaranteed to the maximum extent; no matter from theoretical calculation or practical application, the accident of high-temperature heating caused by insufficient oil supply of the stern tube rear bearing is limited.
