The invention discloses a stern shaft extraction method for checking a stern tube rear bearing, which comprises the following steps of: suspending a stern shaft and a No.1 intermediate shaft at a position which is positioned above a checkered steel plate platform and cannot interfere with main engine auxiliary equipment in a cabin by utilizing a chain block and an eye plate, and sinking and locating a No.2 intermediate shaft on a sleeper arranged on a double-layer bottom plate; the stern shaft can be pulled out of a cabin without forming a hole in a hull outer plate, so that the situation of the stern tube rear bearing can be quickly checked, meanwhile, the space can be saved, and the stern tube rear bearing can be replaced.
本发明公开了一种检查艉管后轴承的艉轴抽出方法,本发明利用手拉葫芦和眼板将艉轴和1号中间轴悬吊在机舱内部的位于花钢板平台上方且不会与主机辅助设备相干涉的位置,将2号中间轴下沉坐落到设置于双层底板上的枕木上,不需要在船体外板开孔,就能将艉轴抽出机舱,从而快速检查艉管后轴承的情况,同时也能节省出空间,实现更换艉管后轴承。
