The problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide a moving body prediction device in which a prediction unit (62) predicts the future of a prediction object in a monitored area using the moving body moving in the monitored area as the prediction object. The prediction unit (62) is provided with: a movement state information acquisition unit (620) that acquires movement state information relating to the movement state of the prediction target; a surrounding state information acquisition unit (621) that acquires surrounding state information relating to the movement state of the traffic participants around the prediction target in the monitored area; a confirmation state information acquisition unit (623) that acquires confirmation state information pertaining to the surrounding confirmation state of the driver to be predicted; a movement speed prediction unit (624) that predicts a future movement speed of the prediction target on the basis of the movement state information, the surrounding state information, and the confirmation state information; and a collision prediction unit (625) that predicts the presence or absence of a collision in the future of the prediction object on the basis of the movement state information, the surrounding state information, and the future movement speed.
