A moving body prediction device includes: a movement state information acquisition unit that acquires movement state information of a prediction target; a surrounding state information acquisition unit that acquires surrounding state information relating to the moving state of a traffic participant around the prediction target; a traffic environment information acquisition unit for acquiring traffic environment information around the prediction object; a driver state information acquisition unit that acquires driver state information relating to the driver state of the prediction target; a traffic scene determination unit that determines a traffic scene of the prediction object on the basis of the movement state information, the surrounding state information, and the traffic environment information; an action mode selection unit that selects, as a predicted action mode, at least one of a plurality of preset action modes on the basis of the traffic scene and the driver state information; and an action prediction unit that predicts a future action of the prediction target on the basis of the predicted action pattern.

    本发明提供一种移动体预测装置、学习方法、交通安全辅助系统及存储介质。移动体预测装置包括:移动状态信息获取部,获取预测对象的移动状态信息;周围状态信息获取部,获取与预测对象周围的交通参与者移动状态有关的周围状态信息;交通环境信息获取部,获取预测对象周围的交通环境信息;驾驶者状态信息获取部,获取与预测对象的驾驶者状态有关的驾驶者状态信息;交通场景确定部,基于移动状态信息、周围状态信息及交通环境信息确定预测对象的交通场景;行动模式选择部,基于交通场景及驾驶者状态信息,从预先制定的多个行动模式选择至少一个作为预测行动模式;及行动预测部,基于预测行动模式预测预测对象的将来的行动。
