The invention belongs to the technical field of aerospace, and particularly relates to an undercarriage buffer which comprises a high-pressure cavity floating piston, an outer cylinder, a low-pressure cavity floating piston and a piston rod. The high-pressure cavity floating piston is sleeved at the bottom of the outer cylinder, the outer cylinder is provided with a limiting device for limiting axial displacement of the high-pressure cavity floating piston, the piston rod is sleeved at an opening of the outer cylinder, and the low-pressure cavity floating piston is sleeved in an inner cavity of the piston rod. The high-pressure cavity floating piston and the bottom of the outer cylinder form a first cavity; the high-pressure cavity floating piston, the side wall of the outer cylinder and the low-pressure cavity floating piston form a second cavity; the low-pressure cavity floating piston and the piston rod form a third cavity; wherein the first cavity is communicated with a high-pressure gas circuit, the second cavity is filled with hydraulic oil, and the third cavity is filled with low-pressure gas; the gas cavities are arranged at the two ends of the oil cavity, oil and gas are physically isolated, and therefore oil and gas cannot be fused.
