The invention relates to an undercarriage magneto-rheological buffer control device. The device comprises an undercarriage magneto-rheological buffer, a displacement detection module, an accelerationdetection module and a control module; the displacement and acceleration directions of the buffer are the same, and a large magneto-rheological damping force is needed, and therefore, current output to an electromagnetic coil is controlled to be the preset maximum current, the magneto-rheological buffer reaches the maximum damping force, and the absorption power of the magneto-rheological buffer is increased, the buffer absorbs most of impact capacity, and an airplane can reach a balanced state as soon as possible; when the displacement direction of the buffer is opposite to the acceleration direction of the buffer, needed magneto-rheological damping force is decreased, and in order to better achieve the absorption of undercarriage energy, the current output to the electromagnetic coil isthe preset minimum current, and the magneto-rheological buffer reaches the minimum damping force. Therefore, the control device can reasonably buffer and adjust impact on the airplane, effectively andreasonably absorb the energy of the buffer, and finally achieve an ideal control effect.
本发明涉及一种起落架磁流变缓冲器控制装置,包括起落架磁流变缓冲器、位移检测模块、加速度检测模块和控制模块,当缓冲器的位移和加速度方向相同时,需要较大的磁流变阻尼力,那么,控制向电磁线圈输出的电流为预设的最大电流,磁流变缓冲器达到最大阻尼力,使磁流变缓冲器的吸收功率增大,从而使缓冲器吸收大部分冲击能力,使飞机尽快达到平衡状态;当缓冲器的位移与加速度方向相反时,需要的磁流变阻尼力变小,为了更好地实现起落架能量的吸收,向电磁线圈输出的电流为预设的最小电流,磁流变缓冲器达到最小阻尼力。因此,该控制装置能够对合理地对飞机受到的冲击进行缓冲调节,有效合理地吸收缓冲器的能量,最终达到理想的控制效果。
