The invention discloses an undercarriage buffer based on ISD, the undercarriage buffer comprises an outer cylinder, an inner cylinder and a plunger assembly, the inner cylinder is arranged in the outer cylinder in a sleeved mode and can move in the outer cylinder, and the plunger assembly is arranged in the outer cylinder. The built-in spiral pipe type hydraulic inerter is arranged in the inner cylinder and is matched with the inner wall surface of the inner cylinder to form a spiral pipe, so that the built-in spiral pipe type hydraulic inerter is introduced into the undercarriage buffer, and the ISD (inerter-spring-damping) undercarriage buffer is formed. The inerter has the vibration absorption characteristics of passing through high frequency and blocking low frequency, and the spring has the vibration absorption characteristics of passing through low frequency and blocking high frequency; according to the undercarriage buffer, vibration energy of the whole frequency domain can be absorbed through reasonable layout, meanwhile, part of vibration energy is dissipated in a heat energy mode through the damping effect generated when hydraulic oil flows through the damping holes at a high speed, and the undercarriage buffer can achieve damping of the whole frequency domain.

    本发明公开了一种基于I SD的起落架缓冲器,包括外筒、套设在所述外筒内并可在所述外筒内活动的内筒以及设置在所述外筒内的柱塞组件,本发明通过在传统弹簧阻尼起落架缓冲器结构的基础上通过在柱塞头外壁面开设螺旋槽,其与内筒内壁面配合形成螺旋管,实现了将内置螺旋管式液力惯容器引入到起落架缓冲器中,从而构成了ISD(惯容‑弹簧‑阻尼)起落架缓冲器,由于惯容器具有通高频、阻低频的吸振特性,而弹簧具有通低频、阻高频的吸振特性,两者通过合理布局可吸收全频域的振动能量,同时通过液压油高速流过阻尼孔时的阻尼效应将部分振动能量以热能的形式耗散掉,本发明所公开的该种起落架缓冲器可实现全频域的减震。
