The invention discloses a hydraulic jack construction method for a hoisting process, and relates to the technical field of pipeline hoisting construction. In order to solve the efficiency problem, the method specifically comprises the steps of constructing a bearing platform; i-shaped steel I is laid and fixed on two side beams at the top of the hoisting layer section tube well, and I-shaped steel II is arranged in the vertical direction of the I-shaped steel I; a first steel base plate is arranged below the second I-shaped steel, and a second steel base plate is laid on the second I-shaped steel; fixing the hydraulic jack; a hydraulic jack is fixed to the upper portion of the second I-shaped steel through bolts, and an electric oil pump and an oil tank are arranged; and hoisting: arranging a steel strand at the telescopic end of the hydraulic jack. Integral hoisting is adopted, and the reverse self-locking principle of the hydraulic jack is utilized, so that on one hand, the hoisting steps can be simplified, the hoisting efficiency can be improved, weld joints can be reduced, the pipeline sealing performance can be improved, on the other hand, in the hoisting process, the pipeline can be kept at any position for a long time, and the safety and reliability are improved.

    本发明公开了一种吊装工艺的液压千斤顶施工方法,涉及管道吊装施工技术领域。为了解决效率问题,具体包括承力平台搭建;在吊装层段管井顶部的两侧梁上铺设并固定工字钢一,并在工字钢一的垂直方向布设工字钢二;在工字钢二下设钢垫板一,并在工字钢二上铺设钢垫板二;液压千斤顶固定;将液压千斤顶使用螺栓固定于工字钢二的上方,并且配备电动油泵和油箱;吊装,在液压千斤顶的伸缩端设置钢绞线。本发明采用整体吊装,利用液压千斤顶的反向自锁原理,从而一方面能简化吊装步骤,提高吊装效率,并且减少焊缝,增加管道密封性,另一方面也能使得吊装过程中,管道处于任何位置均能长时间状态保持,增加了安全可靠性。
