The rigging comprises a snap ring, and further comprises a lockset support, a center hole jack, a steel strand, a steel strand clamp holder and a lifting lug plate, wherein the upper end of the lockset support is provided with a hoisting hole, the center hole jack is fixedly mounted on the lockset support, the steel strand penetrates through the center hole jack, the upper end of the steel strand clamp holder is connected with the lower end of the steel strand, and the lifting lug plate is used for connecting the steel strand clamp holder and the snap ring. According to the rigging, the adjusting length of the rigging is only related to the length of the steel strand, as long as the steel strand is long enough, the rigging has enough adjusting length, even if a difference between a shape of a steel structure assembly unit during hoisting and a shape of the steel structure assembly unit during in-place installation is large, as long as the length of the steel strand is enough, the rigging has enough adjusting length, the steel structure assembly unit can be converted from the shape of the steel structure assembly unit during hoisting to the shape of the steel structure assembly unit during in-place installation in a hoisting process, and other auxiliary cranes do not need to be used for auxiliary installation construction, so that the installation construction of the steel structure assembly unit is very convenient.

    本发明公开了一种吊装用穿心千斤顶索具,包括卡环,还包括:锁具支架,其上端设置有吊装孔;穿心千斤顶,固定安装于锁具支架上;钢绞线,由穿心千斤顶中穿过;钢绞线夹持器,其上端与钢绞线的下端相连;吊耳板,用于连接钢绞线夹持器和卡环。本发明的调节长度仅与钢绞线的长度有关,只要钢绞线足够长,本发明就具有足够的调节长度。即使钢结构拼装单元起吊时位形和就位安装时位形差别很大,只要钢绞线长度足够,本发明就有足够使用的调节长度,能够在起吊过程中完成钢结构拼装单元由起吊时位形到就位安装时位形的转换,不需要借助其它辅助吊机进行辅助安装施工,使得钢结构拼装单元的安装施工非常方便。
