A second motor rotates to drive a rotating shaft to rotate, the rotating shaft rotates to drive a limiting rod to rotate, the limiting rod rotates to extrude an inclined groove plate to move, when a first pawl and a second pawl are engaged with a first ratchet wheel and a second ratchet wheel, intermittent rotation can be achieved, and the mold can be lifted more conveniently; and as the first pawl and the second pawl are opposite in direction, the mold hoisting direction can be self-locked during forward and reverse rotation, the function of the second motor cannot be damaged due to overlarge torque when the angle is adjusted in the mold hoisting process, and the service life of the device can be prolonged.

    本发明公开了一种水利工程施工用模板吊运方法,通过第一电机转动带动限位盘转动,限位盘转动带动支撑架转动,支撑架转动带动伸缩架转动,伸缩架运动能够对吊运的长度距离进行调整,支撑柱运动能够对吊运的高度进行调整,限位盘转动能对吊运的平行角度进行调整,更加方便对模具的吊运,通过第二电机转动带动转动轴转动,转动轴转动带动限位杆转动,限位杆转动挤压斜槽板运动,当第一棘爪和第二棘爪与第一棘轮和第二棘轮啮合时,能够间歇转动,由于第一棘爪与第二棘爪的方向相反,能够正反转时能够对吊运模具的方向进行自锁,在对模具进行吊运的过程中调节角度时不会由于扭矩过大而损坏第二电机的功能,能够提高装置的使用寿命。
