The invention provides a vehicle abnormal state monitoring method and system based on digital twinning, and the method comprises the steps: collecting the real-time state data of a vehicle, and enabling the real-time state data of the vehicle to comprise the dormancy data of the vehicle and the operation data of a battery; acquiring a vehicle real-time state in a preset scene based on the vehicle real-time state data, wherein the vehicle real-time state in the preset scene comprises a vehicle real-time state in a vehicle dormancy monitoring scene and a vehicle real-time state in a battery aging monitoring scene; constructing a digital twinborn model based on a corresponding preset scene, wherein the digital twinborn model comprises a digital twinborn model in a vehicle dormancy monitoring scene and a digital twinborn model in a battery aging monitoring scene; and matching the real-time state data of the vehicle with the digital twin model to generate a vehicle state deviation, and monitoring the abnormal state of the vehicle based on the vehicle state deviation.

    本发明提出一种基于数字孪生的车辆异常状态监测方法及监测系统,所述车辆异常状态监测方法包括:采集车辆实时状态数据,所述车辆实时状态数据包括车辆休眠数据和电池运行数据;基于所述车辆实时状态数据获取预设场景下的车辆实时状态,所述预设场景下的车辆实时状态包括车辆休眠监测场景下的车辆实时状态和电池老化监测场景下的车辆实时状态;构建基于对应预设场景的数字孪生模型,所述数字孪生模型包括车辆休眠监测场景下的数字孪生模型和电池老化监测场景下的数字孪生模型;将所述车辆实时状态数据与所述数字孪生模型进行匹配,生成车辆状态偏差,基于所述车辆状态偏差监测车辆异常状态。
