According to the present invention, the use is convenient and rapid, the elongation at break can be increased by about 7.7%, the tensile strength can be increased by about 27.6% compared with the high road holding force formula tread of the traditional multi-pavement tire, the breaking force of the tire hair during the vulcanization can be substantially increased, and the problem of the rubber shortage of the tread caused by the mold hole blockage due to the tire hair fracture during the vulcanization can be effectively improved.

    本发明公开了一种高抓地力轮胎胎面,所述的轮胎胎面包括以下重量份的原料制成:天然橡胶10‑20份,充油丁苯40‑60份,炭黑N330 10‑20份,炭黑N660 10‑20份,氧化锌1‑5份,硬脂酸1‑5份,防老剂6PPD 1‑2份,加工油5‑10份,防老剂TMQ 1‑5份,微晶蜡1‑5份,硫磺1‑5份,促进剂NS 1‑2份。本发明使用方便快捷,可实现与传统多路面轮胎高抓地力配方胎面相比,扯断伸长率提升约7.7%,拉伸强度提升约27.6%,在硫化时胎毛的扯断力大大提高,有效改善硫化过程中因胎毛断裂堵塞模具孔造成的胎面缺胶的问题。
