The tire tread rubber composition is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of high styrene butadiene rubber, 80 to 120 parts of carbon black, 30 to 50 parts of operating oil, 5 to 40 parts of homogeneous resin, 5 to 30 parts of chlorosulfonated polyethylene and 5 to 20 parts of styrene-butadiene grafted copolymer, the high styrene butadiene rubber is a butadiene-styrene irregular copolymer, and the content of styryl in the copolymer is 35%-45%. The tire tread rubber composition provided by the invention has good road holding force and wear resistance under daily use conditions, and can be rapidly heated during intense driving to reach a semi-hot-melt road holding state, so that the tire tread rubber composition has both daily use and racing track racing performance.
本发明提出一种超高抓地力轮胎胎面橡胶组合物及其制备方法和轿跑车轮胎,属于橡胶轮胎制备技术领域。所述轮胎胎面橡胶组合物,包括如下重量份的组分:高苯乙烯丁苯橡胶100份、炭黑80~120份、操作油30~50份、均匀树脂5~40份、氯磺化聚乙烯5~30份和苯乙烯‑丁二烯接枝共聚物5~20份;所述高苯乙烯丁苯橡胶为丁二烯‑苯乙烯无规则共聚物,其中苯乙烯基在共聚物中的含量为35%~45%。本发明提供的轮胎胎面橡胶组合物,在日常使用条件下具有良好的抓地力和耐磨性,并能够在激烈驾驶中迅速升温,达到半热熔的抓地状态,从而兼顾日常使用和赛道竞速性能。
