The invention provides a method for hoisting an ultra-long fan blade. The method comprises the following steps: mounting a special blade clamp for an ultra-long single blade on an auxiliary hook of a main crane; special wind-resistant nylon ropes are respectively wound on a bolt at the root part of the ultra-long single blade and a specified position close to the blade tip side; a steel wire rope wound in an electric traction winch is used for being connected with the two special wind-resistant nylon ropes on the super-long single blade; the main crane is started to hoist the super-long single blade, the main crane is controlled to rotate, and a lifting hook of the main crane is controlled to enable the super-long single blade to move to the same horizontal height as the hub; and two steel wire ropes on the electric traction winch are controlled to carry out front-back and left-right deviation angle fine adjustment on the ultra-long single blade until all bolts are inserted into corresponding holes of the hub, and installation of the ultra-long single blade is completed. According to the invention, the effects of improving the safety and the installation efficiency of the high-altitude installation operation of the offshore wind turbine generator and reducing the cost of offshore wind power construction are achieved.

    本发明提供了一种超长风机叶片吊装方法,包括如下步骤:在主起重机副钩上安装超长单叶片专用叶片夹具;使用专用揽风尼龙绳分别缠绕在超长单叶片根部的螺栓上和靠叶尖侧的指定位置上;使用电动牵引绞车内缠绕的钢丝绳分别与超长单叶片上的两处专用揽风尼龙绳连接;启动主起重机开始起吊超长单叶片,控制主起重机回转,控制主起重机吊钩使得超长单叶片移动至与轮毂同一水平高度;控制电动牵引绞车上的两个钢丝绳对超长单叶片进行前后左右偏移角度微调,直至所有螺栓插入轮毂对应的孔中,完成超长单叶片的安装。本发明产生了提高海上风电机组高空安装作业的安全性和安装效率,降低海上风电建设的成本的效果。
