The invention discloses a lifting early warning control system and method for an ultra-long and ultra-heavy component, the lifting early warning control system comprises strain data acquisition units, a strain data processing unit and a lifting early warning unit, the strain data acquisition units are arranged at lifting point positions of all lifting mechanisms and are used for acquiring real-time stress data in the lifting process; the strain data processing unit is used for acquiring and preprocessing real-time stress data, and extracting strain characteristic parameters reflecting the stress state of the structural member based on the preprocessed real-time stress data; the hoisting early warning unit is configured in the control system after training is completed, and hoisting early warning information is output based on the strain characteristic parameters and output to the human-computer interaction interface. Two kinds of heterogeneous data of strain and video are fused, richer state information can be obtained, and more accurate state estimation is realized; and safety and reliability of lifting operation are guaranteed to the greatest extent.

    本发明公开了一种超长超重构件起吊预警控制系统和方法,包括应变数据采集单元、应变数据处理单元和吊装预警单元,应变数据采集单元设置在各个吊装机构的吊点位置,用于采集吊装过程中的实时应力数据;应变数据处理单元用于获取实时应力数据并预处理,基于预处理后的实时应力数据提取反应结构件受力状态的应变特征参量;吊装预警单元在训练完成后配置于控制系统中,基于应变特征参量输出吊装预警信息并输出至人机交互界面。融合应变和视频两种异构数据,可获取更丰富的状态信息,实现更精准的状态估计;最大限度地保障起吊作业的安全可靠。
