The shipbuilding portal crane deflection protection device comprises a lower connecting base, a shifting fork, a connecting rod supporting assembly, a connecting rod assembly, a pointer, a pointer supporting sliding way, a dial and a limiting switch, one end of the shifting fork is rotatably arranged on the connecting base, one end of the connecting rod assembly is rotatably connected with the shifting fork, and the connecting rod supporting assembly is used for supporting the connecting rod assembly; the pointer is rotatably arranged at the other end of the connecting rod assembly, the pointer supporting slide way is used for supporting the pointer to slide, the dial is arranged at the front end of the pointer and used for displaying the deviation angle of the pointer, and the limiting switch is arranged on the dial to remind the deviation angle. Rotation movement is collected, front-back tilting movement and left-right tilting movement are filtered, interference is avoided, and the safety of the crane is effectively improved.
