The invention relates to the technical field of wheel production, in particular to a manufacturing method of a light-weight rim, the light-weight rim, a wheel and an automobile. The manufacturing method of the light-weight rim comprises the steps that a blank is sequentially subjected to edge rolling, butt welding, spinning, preforming, valve hole machining, heating, finishing and surface treatment, the light-weight rim is obtained, after the blank is subjected to spinning treatment, the thickness of the inner side of the blank is T1, the thickness of the outer side of the blank is T2, the maximum thickness of the blank is T, T1 is larger than or equal to 0.60 * T and smaller than or equal to 0.95 * T, and/or T2 is larger than or equal to 0.60 * T and smaller than or equal to 0.95 * T. The unequal-thickness design of the light-weight rim is achieved by spinning the blank, and compared with an existing rim, the blank can adopt a plate with smaller thickness, so that the weight of the light-weight rim is reduced, the unsprung mass is reduced, and energy conservation and emission reduction of an automobile are facilitated. In the machining process of the blank, the blank is heated, so that the strength of the obtained lightweight rim can be improved, and the safety is improved.

    本发明涉及车轮生产技术领域,具体涉及一种轻量化轮辋的制作方法、轻量化轮辋、车轮及汽车。轻量化轮辋的制作方法包括步骤:对坯料依次进行卷圆、对焊、旋压、预成型、气门孔加工、加热、精整、表面处理,得到轻量化轮辋,其中,坯料经旋压处理后,坯料内侧的厚度为T1,外侧的厚度为T2,最大厚度为T,其中:0.60*T≤T1≤0.95*T,和/或,0.60*T≤T2≤0.95*T。通过对坯料旋压处理实现轻量化轮辋的不等厚设计,相较于现有的轮辋,坯料可采用厚度更小的板材从而减轻轻量化轮辋的重量,进而降低簧下质量,利于汽车的节能减排。坯料在加工过程中,对坯料加热处理能够提高得到的轻量化轮辋的强度,提高安全性。
