PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grouted balance weight of an automobile wheel which is expanded in a width area of a main penetration part in a short axis direction, and improved in the flexibility of a connecting part.SOLUTION: A grouted balance weight of an automobile wheel includes: a weight main body 10 having a slender band shape; a plurality of main penetration parts 20 which are made to vertically penetrate while being separated at equal intervals along a length direction of the weight main body 10, extend long along a width direction of the weight main body 10, and have long hole shapes; and a plurality of connecting parts 30 which are located between both ends of the weight main body 10 in the width direction and both ends of the main penetration parts 20 in long-axis directions. The grouted balance weight further comprises additional penetration parts 40 at both ends of the main penetration parts 20 in long-axis directions, and auxiliary penetration parts 50 for decreasing areas of the connecting parts 30 at both ends of the additional penetration parts 40 in long-axis directions. The auxiliary penetration parts 50 have such structures that the auxiliary penetration parts are made to penetrate toward the connecting parts 30 in small-width band shapes narrower than widths of the additional penetration parts 40 in short-axis directions at both ends in the long-axis directions of the additional penetration parts 40.
