The invention discloses a manufacturing method of a light-weight wheel structure, and the light-weight wheel structure. The manufacturing method comprises the following steps: forming a rim, a mounting disc and spokes in a split mode; fixing the mounting disc and the spokes to form a wheel disc; and fixing the wheel disc and the rim to form a wheel. The lightweight wheel structure comprises the rim, the mounting disc and a plurality of spokes, a preformed hole is formed in the center of the mounting disc, a plurality of grooves are formed in the circumference of the mounting disc, one side ofeach spoke is fixed to the corresponding groove, and the other side of each spoke is of an arc-shaped structure and is fixed to the edge of the inner side of the rim. On the basis that the product strength is guaranteed, the material utilization rate is increased to the maximum extent, the material variety is reduced, the product weight is reduced, the product manufacturing cost is reduced, and the weight of the produced wheel is reduced by about 2.5-3 Kg compared with that of a conventional wheel product.

    本发明公开了一种轻量化车轮结构的制作方法及轻量化车轮结构,制作方法包括:分体成型轮辋、安装盘和轮福;将安装盘和轮福固定制成轮盘;将轮盘与轮辋固定制成车轮。轻量化车轮结构包括:轮辋、安装盘和若干个轮辐,安装盘的中心设有预留孔,安装盘的圆周设有若干个凹槽,轮辐的一侧与凹槽固定,轮辐的另一侧为弧形结构且与轮辋的内侧边缘固定。本发明的有益效果在于,在保证产品强度的基础上,最大限度提高材料利用率,减少材料种类,减小产品重量,并降低产品制造成本,其生产的车轮重量较常规车轮产品减少约2.5‑3Kg。
