The invention provides a monorail crane braking system and a braking trolley thereof, and belongs to the technical field of auxiliary transportation and safety of mines. A blocking cavity is formed in the bottom of a frame of the braking trolley, a special cavity with the caliber gradually decreasing is formed in the blocking cavity, an embedded block is clamped into the cavity and mutually extrudes the wall face of the cavity to form blocking force, and therefore the locomotive is slowly blocked, and the braking device is adopted to be matched with the blocking cavity for buffering braking, so that the braking effect of the locomotive is improved. The galloping of the monorail crane is forcibly stopped, so that the damage of forced stopping to a locomotive and a rail can be reduced. According to the braking system disclosed by the invention, a plurality of braking trolleys are combined to form the braking group, so that a locomotive can be continuously blocked, and a monorail crane galloping vehicle can be well braked.

    本发明提供一种单轨吊制动系统及其制动小车,属于矿井的辅助运输及安全技术领域。其中制动小车的车架的底部设置有阻挡腔室,阻挡腔室内设置有口径逐渐变小的特殊型腔,通过将嵌块卡入至型腔内并与型腔壁面相互挤压形成阻挡力,从而实现对机车的缓慢阻挡,通过采用制动装置制动配合阻挡腔室缓冲制动的形式,对单轨吊飞车进行强制阻止,可减少强制阻挡对机车和轨道的损伤。本发明的制动系统采用了多个制动小车组合构成制动组,可实现对机车连续阻挡,从而可很好的对单轨吊飞车的进行制动。
