The invention provides a monorail crane stall electric starting and braking device which comprises a mounting frame, a first roller set, a second roller set, a braking assembly, an energy accumulator set, a speed detection assembly, a control panel and a battery pack. The mounting frame upwards embraces the lower part of the I-shaped rail; the first roller group and the second roller group are respectively arranged at the front and rear ends of the mounting frame; the brake assembly is arranged on the mounting frame and is close to the I-shaped rail; the energy accumulator set is arranged on the mounting frame and connected with a brake assembly through a pipeline, and a switch electromagnetic valve is connected to the pipeline. The speed detection assembly detects the speed of the mounting frame; the signal receiving end of the control panel is connected with the speed detection assembly, and the signal output end of the control panel is connected with the switch electromagnetic valve. The battery pack is electrically connected with the control panel and the switch electromagnetic valve. The invention further provides an electric starting and braking method for the stall of the monorail crane. The electric starting and braking method is implemented by adopting the electric starting and braking device for the stall of the monorail crane.
本发明提出一种单轨吊失速电启动制动装置,包括:安装架、第一滚轮组和第二滚轮组、刹车组件、蓄能器组、速度检测组件、控制板和电池组;安装架向上抱合在工字轨道的下部;第一滚轮组和第二滚轮组分别设置在安装架的前后两端;刹车组件设置在安装架上,并贴近工字轨道;蓄能器组设置在安装架上,蓄能器组通过管路连接有刹车组件相连接,管路上连接有开关电磁阀;速度检测组件检测安装架的速度;控制板的信号接收端与速度检测组件相连接,控制板的信号输出端与开关电磁阀相连接;电池组与控制板和开关电磁阀电连接。本发明还提出一直单轨吊失速电启动制动方法,采用以上所述的单轨吊失速电启动制动装置实施。
