The invention discloses a monorail crane emergency braking device. The device which comprises a frame body; a plurality of rotating wheels are symmetrically and movably connected to the two sides of the top end of the frame body; the frame body is clamped on a monorail crane through the rotating wheels and can move; one rotating wheel is a tachometer wheel, and the other rotating wheels are walking wheels; a brake arm assembly is movably connected to the middle of the outer side face of the frame body through a first pin shaft, and a brake block is movably connected to the top end of the outerside face of the brake arm assembly through a second pin shaft; a hydraulic reciprocating assembly is arranged at the bottom end of the interior of the frame body, and a sliding block is fixedly connected to one end of the hydraulic reciprocating assembly; and a manual brake assembly is arranged outside the brake arm assembly, and a speed limiting brake triggering mechanism is arranged on the side face, where the tachometer wheel is located, of the frame body. According to the monorail crane emergency braking device provided by the invention, two different simple and convenient braking modesof the manual brake assembly and the speed limiting brake triggering mechanism are arranged, so that the accident probability after a single braking fault is reduced, and rapid emergency braking can be realized during overspeed.

    本发明公开了一种单轨吊紧急制动装置,包括框架体,所述框架体的顶端两侧对称活动连接有多个转轮,且框架体通过转轮卡在单轨吊上可活动,其中一个所述转轮为测速轮,其余所述转轮为行走轮,所述框架体的外侧面中间位置通过第一销轴活动连接有制动臂组件,且制动臂组件外侧面顶端通过第二销轴活动连接有闸块,所述框架体的内部底端设有液压往复组件,且液压往复组件一端固定连接有滑块,所述制动臂组件的外部设有手动制动组件,所述框架体的测速轮所在侧面设有限速制动触发机构。本发明,通过设置的手动制动组件与限速制动触发机构两种不同的较为简便的制动方式,不仅降低单一制动故障后发生意外的几率,还能够在超速时快速紧急制动。
