The invention discloses a hoisting buffer device which comprises two connecting plates, a hydraulic cylinder body is connected between the two connecting plates, the hydraulic cylinder body is filled with hydraulic oil, the hydraulic cylinder body is provided with a pull rod used for driving the hydraulic oil to flow, the pull rod penetrates through the connecting plates and is fixedly provided with a first shackle, and a positioning plate is fixed to the end, away from the first shackle, of the hydraulic cylinder body. A second shackle corresponding to the first shackle is arranged at the end, away from the hydraulic cylinder body, of the positioning plate, a plurality of energy accumulators are further arranged between the two connecting plates, all the energy accumulators are communicated with the hydraulic cylinder body, when the pull rod is lengthened, hydraulic oil in the hydraulic cylinder body is driven to enter the energy accumulators, the energy accumulators are filled with buffer gas, and after the hydraulic oil enters the energy accumulators, the buffer gas flows into the energy accumulators. An adjusting valve used for adjusting the flow of the hydraulic oil is further arranged between the hydraulic cylinder and the energy accumulator. The pile hammer has the effect of reducing the probability of damage to the crane when the pile hammer accidentally falls off.
