The invention provides a buffer connecting device for building hoisting. The buffer connecting device comprises a connecting cylinder and a coupler, and further comprises a rope fixer and a sleeve protection mechanism mounted on the rope fixer, wherein through openings are formed in the central parts of the upper end surface and the lower end surface of the connecting cylinder; and a first bufferconnecting piece used for being connected with the coupler and a second buffer connecting piece used for being connected with the rope fixer are mounted in the connecting cylinder. According to the buffer connecting device for building hoisting, the first buffer connecting piece and the second buffer connecting piece in the connecting cylinder can effectively avoid the problem that a steel cable is snapped due to too large instantaneous tension when hoisting is started, meanwhile, the elasticity of the steel cable is improved, and inertia can be relieved for the steel cable; and after a hoisting steel rope of a hoisting machine is fixed to the rope fixer, a section of steel rope is reserved between the rope fixer and the sleeve protection mechanism, so that the reserved section of steel rope can firstly slide upwards during hoisting, the problem that the initial hoisting speed is too high during object hoisting is solved, and the risk of steel rope breakage is further reduced.

    本发明提供一种建筑吊装用缓冲连接装置,包括连接筒和联接器,在连接筒上下两端面的中心部位均开设有贯通开口,还包括固绳器和安装在固绳器上的套护机构,所述连接筒内安装有用于连接联接器的第一缓冲连接件以及用于连接固绳器的第二缓冲连接件。本发明提供的建筑吊装用缓冲连接装置的连接筒中第一缓冲连接件和第二缓冲连接件可以有效的避免钢索在吊装开始时因为瞬间拉力过大而导致钢索绷断的问题,同时提高了钢索的弹性并能为钢索减缓惯性,而在起吊机的起吊钢索固定在固绳器上后,预留一段钢索在固绳器与套护机构之间,使得在起吊时预留的一段钢索会率先上滑,使得起吊物件时不会出现起吊初期速度过快的问题,进一步降低了钢索断裂的风险。
