Two ends of a buffer oil cylinder are respectively connected with a first guide seat and a second guide seat; one ends of the first buffer rod structures are connected with the first connecting structure, the first buffer rod structures penetrate through the first guide seat and are in sliding connection with the first guide seat, and the other ends of the first buffer rod structures are connected with the second guide seat; one end of each second buffer rod structure is connected with the first guide seat, the second buffer rod structures penetrate through the second guide seat and are connected with the second guide seat in a sliding mode, and the other ends of the second buffer rod structures are connected with the second connecting structure; one end of the pointer structure is connected with the second guide seat, a pointer of the pointer structure is slidably connected with the indicator seat, and the indicator seat is provided with scales. The problems of collision, clamping stagnation, strain and overload in the hoisting operation are solved.
