The invention provides a composite film for a carrier and the carrier. The vehicle comprises a laser radar arranged in a vehicle cabin. The composite film includes a flexible substrate layer, an attachment layer for attachment to a glass surface of a vehicle, and an antireflection composite layer including a plurality of layers arranged in a stacked manner. The plurality of layers includes: a transition layer in contact with the flexible substrate layer; a first high refractive index layer; a first low refractive index layer; and a transparent conductive oxide layer. The refractive index of the first high-refractive-index layer is higher than that of the first low-refractive-index layer, and the first high-refractive-index layer is in contact with the first low-refractive-index layer, so that reflection of laser in a first wavelength range where the working wavelength of the laser radar is located is reduced when the laser of the laser radar penetrates through the composite film attached to the surface of the glass; the transparent conductive oxide layer is transparent to the laser light of the operating wavelength and reduces thermal radiation of the ambient light in the second wavelength range as the ambient light enters the cabin through the composite film attached to the glass surface.
