The invention relates to the field of robots, and discloses a vibration adsorption type glass cleaning robot which comprises a rack, a moving device and a cleaning device.The rack comprises a hollow square aluminum pipe, a metal plate frame, a handle and an electric control box; the movement device comprises a main movement mechanism, at least one vibration adsorption assembly, at least one passive adsorption assembly and a guide chassis, the cleaning device comprises a cleaning device shell, a cleaning driving mechanism and a cleaning rolling brush mechanism, a vacuum generation device is prevented from being used through the vibration adsorption technology, the working limitation is small, and the cleaning efficiency is high. Continuous and stable adsorption force can be generated, the adsorption capacity is high, and the anti-failure capacity is high; the vibration adsorption assembly and the passive adsorption assembly move on the D-shaped guide chassis and can move at a high speed, and when the robot turns, adsorption failure caused by deformation of a suction cup is avoided, so that the adsorption stability and the cleaning efficiency of the robot on the glass curtain wall are improved.

    本发明涉及机器人领域,公开了一种振动吸附式玻璃清洁机器人,包括机架、运动装置和清洁装置,所述机架包括空心方铝管、钣金框架、把手和电气控制箱,所述运动装置包括主运动机构、至少一个振动吸附组件、至少一个被动吸附组件和导向底盘,所述清洁装置包括清洁装置外壳、清洁驱动机构和清洁滚刷机构,通过振动吸附技术,避免使用真空发生装置,工作局限性小,可以产生持续稳定的吸附力,吸附能力强,抗失效能力强;所述振动吸附组件和被动吸附组件在D字形导向底盘上运动,能以较快速度运动,并且机器人转弯时吸盘不会变形导致吸附失效,有利于提高机器人在玻璃幕墙上吸附的稳定性和清洁效率。
