The invention relates to an adsorption type underwater cleaning robot which adopts a cavitation jet cleaning mode. A propeller, a cavitation jet sprayer, a chain wheel supporting frame, a camera, a searchlight and a buoyancy material are installed on a robot frame, and a stepping motor, a driving chain wheel, a driven chain wheel, a spring connecting base, a chain and a caterpillar band are installed on the chain wheel supporting frame. Permanent magnets installed on the caterpillar band generate a magnetic force to be attracted to a surface of a ship. The adsorption type underwater cleaning robot has the beneficial effects that ball head joints and ball head bearings are matched to enable the caterpillar band to swing up and down on the robot body frame, the stepping motor rotates to drive the caterpillar band to move to enable the robot body to move according to a specified route, and the robot is simple in overall structure, high in cleaning efficiency and capable of achieving shipcurved surface cleaning.

    本发明新型专利涉及一种吸附式水下清洗机器人,采用空化射流清洗方式,机器人框架安装有螺旋桨推进器、空化射流喷头、链轮支撑架、摄像头、探照灯、浮力材,链轮支撑架上安装有步进电机、主动链轮、从动链轮、弹簧连接座、链条、履带,安装在履带上的永磁铁产生磁力吸附在船舶表面。本发明新型的有益效果:球头关节和球头轴承配合使得履带实现在机器人本体框架上下摆动,步进电机转动带动履带移动实现机器人本体按照规定路线运动,该发明设计整体结构简单、清洗效率高、能够实现船舶曲面清洗。
