The invention relates to the technical field of underwater cleaning, in particular to an underwater cleaning robot and an underwater cleaning system. The underwater cleaning robot comprises a frame which comprises a first side edge and a second side edge, when the frame moves in a gate groove, the first side edge being located in the gate groove and the second side edge being parallel to a lintel or the bottom of the gate; a guide assembly which is connected with the first side edge and is in rolling contact with the surface of the gate groove when working; a first cleaning assembly which is connected with the first side edge and is used for cleaning the surface of the gate groove; and a second cleaning assembly which is connected with the second side edge and is used for cleaning the lintel and the bottom of the gate. The underwater cleaning robot provided by the invention can clean the sealing area of the whole gate, the sealing performance of the sealing area of the gate is ensured, the friction force of the frame moving in the gate groove can be reduced through rolling contact of the guide assembly and the surface of the gate groove, and the smoothness of the frame moving in the gate groove is improved.
