The invention discloses an air suspension control system and a control method thereof, and relates to the technical field of vehicle air suspensions, an air inlet pipeline and an exhaust pipeline of an air suspension are combined into one, the number of system pipelines is reduced, whole vehicle arrangement is facilitated, meanwhile, an air filtering dryer and an air supply valve body unit are arranged in a separated mode, and the air filter dryer and the air supply valve body unit are separated. And the drying agent is arranged at the air inlet and outlet end of the air supply valve body unit, so that air is dried before entering the air supply valve body unit, the internal dryness of the system is ensured, and the service life of the drying agent can be prolonged by utilizing an air back-blowing function. The air suspension control system comprises an air supply valve body unit, an air filtering dryer, an air storage tank and a plurality of air springs, the air supply valve body unit is provided with a first ventilation port, a second ventilation port and a plurality of third ventilation ports, the air filtering dryer is provided with an air inlet and outlet nozzle and an air inlet and outlet hole, the air inlet and outlet nozzle is communicated with the first ventilation port, and the air storage tank is communicated with the air springs. The air storage tank is communicated with the second ventilation port, and the multiple air springs are connected with the multiple third ventilation ports in a one-to-one correspondence mode.

    本申请公开了一种空气悬架控制系统及其控制方法,涉及车辆空气悬架技术领域,将空气悬架的进气管路和排气管路合并为一条,减少了系统管路数量,便于整车布置,同时空气过滤干燥器与供气阀体单元分离布置,并设置于供气阀体单元的进排气口端,使气体在进入供气阀体单元前被干燥,保证了系统内部干燥,还可利用气体反吹功能提升干燥剂的使用寿命。该空气悬架控制系统包括供气阀体单元、空气过滤干燥器、储气罐和多个空气弹簧,供气阀体单元设置有第一通气端口、第二通气端口和多个第三通气端口,空气过滤干燥器设置有进排气嘴和进排气孔,进排气嘴与第一通气端口相连通,储气罐与第二通气端口相连通,多个空气弹簧与多个第三通气端口一一对应连接。
