The invention discloses a vehicle suspension bridge air suspension control system which comprises an electromagnetic valve, the electromagnetic valve is provided with an air inlet, an air outlet, an exhaust port and a valve body connector, a first electromagnetic valve set and a second electromagnetic valve set are arranged in the electromagnetic valve side by side, the air inlet is connected to an air bag air storage cylinder through a pipeline, and the air inlet end of the air bag air storage cylinder is connected with an air supplementing device. The system further comprises a control switch installed in a cab, the control switch is electrically connected to the valve body connector, and the invention further discloses a control method of the system. In heavy load, the suspension bridge is put down through a control switch in a cab, so that the effects of bearing weight and effectively improving vibration reduction of the vehicle are achieved; during no-load and half-load driving, the suspension bridge is lifted up through a control switch in a cab; various control drivers can timely switch according to road conditions, the operation is flexible and convenient, and the vehicle can run in the optimal working condition to the greatest extent, so that the oil consumption is reduced, and the running requirements of energy conservation and environmental protection are met.

    本发明公开了一种车辆悬浮桥空气悬架控制系统,包括电磁阀,电磁阀上设有进气口、出气口、排气口和阀体连接器,电磁阀内并列设有第一电磁阀组和第二电磁阀组,进气口通过管路连接至气囊贮气筒,气囊贮气筒的进气端连接有补气装置,出气口通过管路连通至提升气囊,还包括安装于驾驶室内的控制开关,控制开关电连接至阀体连接器,还公开了该系统的控制方法;在重载时,通过驾驶室内的控制开关将悬浮桥放下来,起到承载重量和有效改善车辆减振的作用;空载和半载行驶时,通过驾驶室内的控制开关将悬浮桥升起来;各种控制驾驶员可根据路况适时转换,操作灵活便捷,可以最大程度使车辆运行于最佳工况中,以降低油耗,以满足节能环保的运行要求。
