The invention discloses an air suspension control system which comprises an air spring, an air supply system and a height control valve. The height control valve is used for detecting the relative height of a vehicle body and a chassis; the air spring and the height control valve are both communicated with the air supply system; when the height of the vehicle body changes relative to the chassis,the left and right ends of the height control valve generate differential pressure, and the air supply system supplies air or releases air into the control valve to restore the zero differential pressure at the two ends of the height control valve. The invention further provides the air suspension control system. A traditional suspension spring structure is replaced with the air bag type spring, and the height control valve, the air supply system and other components are added to complete replacement of the whole set of suspension spring. The relative height of the vehicle body and the chassisis fed back through the height control valve, input to the air supply system for operation and then leveled into the spring, so that the purpose of calibrating the posture of the vehicle body is achieved. Suspension adapting to the height of the vehicle body in due time can be conducted according to road conditions, and excellent driving comfort is provided.

    本申请公开了一种空气悬架控制系统,包括空气弹簧、供气系统、高度控制阀;所述高度控制阀用以检测车身和底盘的相对高度;所述空气弹簧、高度控制阀均与供气系统连通;当车身相对底盘高度变化时,高度控制阀左右两端产生压差,供气系统向控制阀内供入气体或释放气体来还原高度控制阀两端0压差。本发明还提出一种空气悬架控制系统。本发明将传统悬架弹簧结构更换为空气气囊式弹簧,增加高度控制阀,供气系统等部件完成整套悬架弹簧的更换。通过高度控制阀对车身和底盘的相对高度的反馈,输入给供气系统进行作业,然后调平至弹簧当中,以达到标定车身姿态的目的。可以根据路况进行适时适应车身高度的悬架,并且提供优秀的驾驶舒适性。
