The invention discloses a bonding type aluminum-iron composite sill which comprises a sill bracket and a sill face, the sill face is bonded to the sill bracket, the sill bracket is integrally formed by a whole iron plate in a sheet metal or rolling mode, an outer sill supporting structure and an inner sill supporting structure are arranged on the sill bracket, and the outer sill supporting structure is connected with the inner sill supporting structure. The outer sill supporting structure and the inner sill supporting structure form a door groove frame, the sill face comprises an inner sill part, an outer sill part and a door groove part, the inner sill part is fixed to the inner sill supporting structure in a bonded mode, the outer sill part is fixed to the outer sill supporting structure in a bonded mode, and the door groove part is fixed to the door groove frame in a bonded mode. By means of the mode, the sill structure can be optimized, traditional bolt connection is replaced with bonding, the sill face and the sill bracket are tightly attached, on the premise that safety performance is guaranteed, the use amount of aluminum alloy is effectively reduced, and the product material cost is remarkably reduced.

    本发明公开了一种粘接式铝铁复合地坎,所述粘接式铝铁复合地坎包括:地坎托架和坎面,所述坎面粘接在所述地坎托架上,所述地坎托架由整块铁板经钣金或辊压方式一体化成型,所述地坎托架上设有外坎支撑结构和内坎支撑结构,所述外坎支撑结构与内坎支撑结构之间的空处构成门槽框架,所述坎面包括内坎部、外坎部和门槽部,所述内坎部粘结固定在所述内坎支撑结构上,所述外坎部粘接固定在所述外坎支撑结构上,所述门槽部粘接固定在所述门槽框架上。通过上述方式,本发明能够优化地坎结构,通过粘接代替传统的螺栓连接,使坎面与地坎托架紧密贴附,在保证安全性能的前提下,有效减少铝合金的用量,显著降低产品材料成本。
