The invention provides a nonmetallic composite material for an elevator sill and a preparation method of the elevator sill. The nonmetallic composite material comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 2.0-3.5% of a heat-stable complexing agent; 2.0%-3.6% of an acrylic ester copolymer; 0.4%-1.7% of a composite lubricant; 6.0%-10% of chlorinated polyethylene; 38.01%-43.03% of an inorganic composite filler; 38%-43% of PVC resin; and 2.0%-5.6% of an impact modifier. By accurately controlling the types and contents of the components, the following synergistic effects are generated: after the composite material is made into the elevator sill, the required mechanical properties (such as molding shrinkage rate, tensile strength, bending strength, weather resistance, bending elastic modulus and the like) can be met; and the weight and the production cost of the product are effectively reduced, and light weight of the elevator is realized.
