The invention discloses a distributed driving electric vehicle motor overheating protection control method, which comprises the following steps of: firstly, quantifying the influence degree of motor temperature on motor torque output based on fuzzy reasoning; then designing a longitudinal motion tracker to track a longitudinal vehicle speed to obtain a vehicle longitudinal resultant force required by stable driving; then designing a self-adaptive sliding mode controller to track the yaw velocity and the side slip angle of the vehicle to obtain an additional yaw moment required by stable driving of the vehicle; and finally, designing a torque distribution module, and calculating to obtain an optimal motor torque distribution scheme by taking the minimum tire utilization rate as a target function, so as to ensure the stable running of the vehicle. According to the method, the motor temperature and the vehicle driving state information are comprehensively considered, the torque redistribution method for the motor overheating condition is provided, and the vehicle driving safety is improved.

    本发明公开了提出一种分布式驱动电动汽车电机过热保护控制方法,首先,基于模糊推理量化电机温度对电机转矩输出的影响程度;然后设计纵向运动跟踪器跟踪纵向车速,得到稳定行驶所需的车辆纵向合力;接着设计自适应滑膜控制器跟踪车辆横摆角速度及质心侧偏角,得到车辆稳定行驶所需的附加横摆力矩;最后设计转矩分配模块,采用轮胎利用率最小为目标函数,计算得到最优的电机转矩分配方案,保证车辆行驶稳定。本发明综合考虑了电机温度及车辆行驶状态信息,提出了一种针对电机过热情况的转矩再分配方法,提升车辆行驶安全性。
