The system comprises a motor controller, a vehicle control unit, a battery management system, a direct current/direct current converter and an air conditioner controller. The battery management system can be in communication connection with the charging pile, and meanwhile the battery management system is in communication connection with the air conditioner controller and the whole vehicle controller. The whole vehicle controller is in communication connection with the air conditioner controller, the direct current/direct current converter and the motor controller. The state of the hand brake is considered, and safety accidents caused when the vehicle slides on a slope during charging are avoided; when the vehicle slides on the slope, the vehicle speed state is introduced, charging is stopped in time, charging safety accidents are avoided, and the charging experience of a user is greatly improved; in the power-off process, the quick charging relay needs to be disconnected in sequence, and then the main positive relay, the main negative relay or the heating relay are disconnected, so that the power-off danger is avoided.

    本发明提供了一种插电式混合动力汽车快充上下电控制系统及方法,属于汽车领域。所述系统包括:电机控制器、整车控制器、电池管理系统、直流/直流变换器、空调控制器;所述电池管理系统能够与充电桩通讯连接,同时电池管理系统分别与空调控制器、整车控制器通讯连接;整车控制器分别与空调控制器、直流/直流变换器、电机控制器通讯连接。本发明考虑了手刹状态,避免充电时车辆溜坡出现安全事故;本发明在车辆出现溜坡情况时,引入车速状态,及时终止充电,避免了出现充电安全事故,极大改善了用户的充电体验;本发明在下电过程需要按顺序先断开快充继电器,再断开主正、主负或加热继电器,避免了出现下电危险。
