According to the low-density and low-friction-factor flame-retardant elastomer material provided by the invention, the low-Mooney ethylene propylene diene monomer and the polypropylene are used as base materials, and the ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene, the flame retardant and the foaming agent with specific models and contents are added; the prepared modified TPV material has the performance requirements of low density, low friction factor, high flame retardance, hardness, tensile strength and the like, and the flame retardance can meet the European Union standard; furthermore, phenolic resin is selected as a vulcanizing agent, so that the vulcanization manufacturability of the modified TPV material is ensured, rapid vulcanization and stable production of the modified TPV material are favorably realized, and the modified TPV material has a wide application prospect in the field of automobile sealing parts.

    本发明涉及橡胶制品技术领域,具体公开一种低密度低摩擦因数的阻燃弹性体材料及其制备方法和应用。本发明提供的低密度低摩擦因数的阻燃弹性体材料,通过采用低门尼三元乙丙橡胶和聚丙烯作为基体材料,加入特定型号和含量的超高分子量聚乙烯、阻燃剂和发泡剂,使得制备的改性TPV材料兼具低密度、低摩擦因数、高阻燃和硬度、拉伸强度等性能要求,且阻燃性能可以满足欧盟标准;进一步,选择酚醛树脂作为硫化剂,保证了改性TPV材料的硫化工艺性,有利于实现改性TPV材料的快速硫化和稳定生产,在汽车密封部件领域具有广阔的应用前景。
