The halogen-free flame-retardant elastomer material is prepared from the following components in parts by mass: 10 to 30 parts of styrene elastomer, 5 to 15 parts of white mineral oil, 5 to 25 parts of olefin elastomer, 45 to 65 parts of halogen-free flame-retardant master batch and 1 to 5 parts of functional additive, the halogen-free flame-retardant master batch is prepared from polypropylene, a halogen-free flame retardant, a compatilizer and a dispersing agent; the mass percent of the halogen-free flame retardant in the halogen-free flame-retardant master batch is greater than or equal to 70%. The halogen-free flame-retardant elastomer material obtained by the invention has the characteristics of excellent comprehensive performance, low hardness, capability of injection molding and good injection molding appearance, meets the UL94 5VA-level flame-retardant requirement, has excellent flame-retardant performance, can be used for preparing automobile foot mats, and is applied to the field of new energy automobiles.
本发明公开了一种无卤阻燃弹性体材料及其制备方法和应用,涉及高分子材料技术领域。本发明的无卤阻燃弹性体材料包括按质量份数计的如下组分:苯乙烯类弹性体10~30份,白矿油5~15份,烯烃类弹性体5~25份,无卤阻燃母粒45~65份,功能助剂1~5份;所述无卤阻燃母粒由包括聚丙烯、无卤阻燃剂、相容剂和分散剂制备得到;所述无卤阻燃母粒中无卤阻燃剂的质量百分比≥70%。本发明得到的无卤阻燃弹性体材料综合性能优异,具有硬度低、可注塑成型、注塑外观良好的特点,并且满足UL94 5VA级阻燃要求,具有优异的阻燃性能,可用于制备汽车脚垫,应用于新能源汽车领域。
