The invention provides an offshore oil depot ship identification method and device, electronic equipment and a readable storage medium, and relates to the technical field of ship transportation. The offshore oil depot ship identification method comprises the steps of obtaining a first list of oil ships; based on the first list, judging whether the accumulated staying duration of the oil tanker is greater than a preset duration or not; screening out all the oil tankers meeting the condition that the accumulated staying duration is greater than the preset duration in the first list, and generating a second list of the oil tankers; judging whether any oil tanker in the second list has a ship passing and berthing event within a preset time range or not; and if the ship passing and berthing event occurs, determining that the oil tanker is an oil depot ship. According to the identification method of the offshore oil depot ship, the oil depot ship lists in different time periods in the global sea area are analyzed based on the track characteristic behaviors of the ship, so that workers can know the navigation condition of the offshore oil depot ship in time, meanwhile, assistance can be provided for pre-estimation and judgment of the offshore crude oil inventory according to the oil depot ship lists, and the working efficiency is improved. And the accuracy of offshore crude oil inventory judgment is improved.

    本发明提供了一种海上油库船的识别方法、装置、电子设备和可读存储介质,涉及船舶交通运输技术领域。海上油库船的识别方法包括:获取油船的第一列表;基于第一列表,判断油船的累积停留时长是否大于预设时长;将第一列表中所有满足累积停留时长大于预设时长的油船筛选出来,生成油船的第二列表;判断第二列表中任一油船在预设时间范围内是否发生过船靠船事件;若发生过船靠船事件,则确定油船为油库船。本申请提供的海上油库船的识别方法,基于船舶的轨迹特征行为,分析全球海域中不同时间段的油库船列表,以便工作人员及时了解海上油库船航行情况,同时还能够根据油库船列表对海上原油库存的预估判断提供助力,提高海上原油库存判断的准确性。
