The invention provides a ship wind resistance determination method and device, electronic equipment and a readable storage medium, relates to the technical field of ship wind resistance prediction, and aims to solve or improve the technical problem that in the prior art, a method for obtaining wind resistance through a traditional sensor cannot be suitable for wind resistance detection of each ship in the global range. The determination method comprises the following steps: acquiring AIS information of a ship; determining the maximum draft of the ship based on the AIS information; determining the height of an upper deck of the ship based on the maximum draft of the ship and the height of the ship; determining the current draft of the ship based on the AIS information; based on the maximum draft, the height of the upper deck and the current draft, the height above the water surface of the ship is determined; acquiring an included angle between the wind direction and the width direction of the ship; determining the actual wind area of the ship based on the height above the water surface, the length of the ship, the width of the ship and the included angle between the wind direction and the width direction of the ship; acquiring a wind speed; and determining the wind resistance of the ship based on the actual wind area and the wind speed.
