The invention relates to an energy feedback suspension hybrid control method and device. The method comprises the steps that the current speed of a crawler and the flatness of a front road surface are obtained; based on the NARX neural network, establishing an active mode system model and an energy feedback mode system model of the crawler in the ECU; generating a first prediction system response of the active mode system model and a second prediction system response of the energy feedback mode system model; taking the screened first prediction system response and second prediction system response as index parameters, and generating a first comprehensive evaluation index and a second comprehensive evaluation index for feeding back the driving state of the crawler; and judging the first comprehensive evaluation index and the second comprehensive evaluation index based on a preset judgment criterion, and determining the optimal working mode of the suspension system in different driving states. According to the device, the method is used, and on the premise that the performance requirement is met, suspension energy recovery can be achieved so as to compensate energy consumption of a control system.

    本申请涉及一种馈能悬挂混合控制方法及装置,所述方法包括:获取履带车当前车速及前方路面的平整度;基于NARX神经网络,在ECU中建立履带车的主动模式系统模型及馈能模式系统模型;生成主动模式系统模型的第一预测系统响应及馈能模式系统模型的第二预测系统响应;根据筛选后的所述第一预测系统响应及第二预测系统响应作为指标参数,生成反馈履带车的行驶状态的第一综合评价指标和第二综合评价指标;基于预设判断准则判断所述第一综合评价指标和所述第二综合评价指标,确定不同行驶状态下的悬挂系统的最优工作模式。所述装置使用了所述方法,本申请在满足性能要求的前提下,还能实现悬挂的能量回收,以补偿控制系统的能量消耗。
