The invention discloses an energy feedback suspension system and an energy feedback power quantification method.The energy feedback suspension system comprises a piston, a cylinder body, two one-way valves, a high-pressure side energy accumulator, a low-pressure side energy accumulator, a hydraulic motor, a power generator, a storage battery and a control unit. The displacement of the variable hydraulic motor can be adjusted, and control over the output force of the energy feedback suspension system can be improved; by comprehensively considering the parameter characteristics of the hydraulic cylinder body, the energy accumulator, the one-way valve and the hydraulic motor, accurate quantitative analysis is carried out on each part of the energy feedback suspension system, simulation modeling of the energy feedback suspension system is facilitated, the optimal energy feedback power of each vehicle type is accurately obtained, and the energy feedback characteristics of the suspension system are improved.

    本发明公开了一种馈能悬架系统及馈能功率量化方法,包括活塞、缸体、两个单向阀、高压侧蓄能器、低压侧蓄能器、液压马达、发电机、蓄电池和控制单元,本发明通过馈能悬架系统采用变量液压马达,并连接有控制单元,可以调节变量液压马达的排量,可以提高对对馈能悬架系统的输出力进行控制;本发明通过综合考虑液压缸体、蓄能器和单向阀以及液压马达的参数特性对馈能悬架系统各部件进行精确的量化分析,有利于馈能悬架系统仿真建模,准确获取各车型最佳的馈能功率,提高悬架系统的馈能的特性。
