The invention discloses an automobile electro-hydraulic braking system and method adopting a split type full decoupling structure. A brake executing mechanism is divided into a pedal module and a pressurizing module, the pedal module is directly connected with a brake pedal and connected with the pressurizing module through an oil pipe, the pressurizing module is provided with two oil pipes communicated with a brake wheel cylinder, and the two sub-blocks are independent and connected through the oil pipe. The pedal module is used for receiving external pedal acting force, detecting pedal displacement, feeding back the pedal displacement to the pressurization module and generating hydraulic force to be transmitted to the pressurization module, and the pressurization module is used for receiving the pedal displacement and generating the hydraulic force to control the brake wheel cylinder to brake. All functions of brake-by-wire can be achieved, emergency mechanical braking can be achieved, the size is small, the structure is simple, cost is low, installation is convenient, noise and vibration brought by the motor and the booster pump cannot be transmitted to the pedal, and comfort is better.

    本发明公开了一种采用分体式全解耦结构的汽车电液制动系统和方法。将制动执行机构分为踏板模块、增压模块,踏板模块直接与制动踏板连接,踏板模块通过油管与增压模块连接,增压模块存在两路油管与制动轮缸连通,两个分块分别独立,之间通过油管连接;踏板模块用于接收外部的踏板作用力、检测踏板位移进而反馈到增压模块以及产生液压力传递到增压模块,增压模块用于接收踏板位移进而产生液压力控制制动轮缸进行制动。本发明能够实现线控制动所有功能,能够实现应急机械制动,体积小、结构简单,成本低,安装方便,电机和增压泵带来的噪音和振动不会传递到踏板上,舒适性更好。
